Refund Policy

Please note that all ticket refund(s) will only be processed after the scheduled event date.
For partial (40%) refund - You must request a refund 7 days before the scheduled event date/time.

Any cancellation requests made within 7 days to the event's date/time will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.
When you book for an event, you agree to these terms.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is shown in statement of account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale tickets (i.e. Early Bird) cannot be refunded.
